I think the pet she uses to get the wings is called a drakon, theres a site called http://petz.ws/ that you can uplode petz like that, i think the drakons only for dogz 5 tho.

The only way to get wings on petz is if you get a spasific breed, like download a breed with wings, and then let the winged one have a litter with another un - winged or winged cat and some of the babyz might inherit the wings from thier parents.
